Emma Jakubik is a Brooklyn based new media artist and a digital archivist for METLiveArts at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. She is a freelance video editor proficient with the Adobe suite. She shoots and edits social media content for the MetLiveArts instagram.
A 2023 graduate of SUNY Purchase with a BA in New Media where she was selected as the Outstanding Senior of the New Media Program by the faculty of the School of Film and Media Studies and a self-taught stop-motion animator with her animations selected for the Student World Impact Film Festival (2023) and the Hudson Valley Film Festival (2022, 2023). She was selected as Times Union's 30 under 30 artists in the Hudson Valley.
